Pranotthan Yoga is rooted in the ancient traditional philosophy and practices of yoga and offers a journey of transformation and self-awakening.  Pranotthan means the awakening of prana and its intuitive intelligence.  Connecting a variety of classic Hatha Yoga styles, with the teachings of Swami Kripalu,  Pranotthan Yoga is the yoga of love, compassion, self-inquiry and deep listening to ourselves and others.  Pranotthan Yoga is compatible with all other yoga styles and traditions and invites you to be curious as you step into living your fullest potential...joyfully.
